Apartment 1 is a lower ground and ground floor maisonette which has been tastefully decorated to create a ‘sea sidey’, relaxed ambiance. The ground floor comprises of:
Master bedroom (4.7m x 4.2m) with south facing bay window, kingsize bed, and ample storage. 
Bedroom 2 (3.6m x 2.5) is a twin room with a large sash window.
Bathroom comprises white suite with power shower over bath and natural wooden flooring.

All bed linen is provided but we do not supply bath towels.

Large landing and staircase lead to the lower ground floor, which comprises of:
Large open plan kitchen, living room/ dining area with solid pine floorboards throughout, natural wooden worktops and stylish down lighting. Appliances in the kitchen include a built in oven and hob, integral fridge freezer and washing machine. There are two sofas in the living area, one of which is a double sofa bed. There is a large TV, DVD, freeview and a selection of games and books. Off the living room is a small but charming patio area for al fresco dining! 

The apartment has soundproofing and thermal insulation in line with current building regulations and all windows are double-glazed.

One dog is welcome providing it is well behaved and only by prior agreement.
Smoking is not permitted in any part of the building.
