Apartment 3 is a wonderfully light and airy apartment with fantastic views. From the bedroom you view The Wash with its sailing boats and kite surfers, and from living room there are views south over Hunstanton. The apartment comprises of an open plan kitchen / living room with three large original sash windows. The kitchen (3.4m x 2.95m) has solid wooden worktops, wooden floorboards and the appliances include a built in oven and hob, integral fridge freezer and washing machine.

The large living room (4.8m x 3.43m) is decorated in blues and off whites to create a wonderful ‘sea sidey’ ambiance. There are two sofas, one of which is a double sofa bed, a large TV, DVD, freeview, and a selection of games and books.

The bedroom (3.3m x 2.8m) has a double bed and storage facilities and like the rest of the apartment has been tastefully decorated.

Next to the bedroom is a shower room with velux window, power shower, white toilet and wash hand basin and natural wooden flooring.

All bed linen is provided but we do not supply bath towels.

The apartment has soundproofing and thermal insulation in line with current building regulations and all windows are double-glazed.

One dog is welcome providing it is well behaved and only by prior agreement.
Smoking is not permitted in any part of the building.
